Rice Jackson's photo, which features a view of English Harbor and Falmouth Harbor from Shirley Heights, Antigua, is the winning entry in the cruise category of the Austin American-Statesman's Travel Win-In-A-Flash Contest. Jackson, who manages his own investment portfolio, took the photo in December while cruising on the private yacht Royal Eagle with Pam Morris, his significant other, and three longtime friends.
